The room was modern & bright, and the bathrooms were luxurious. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was good! I could park the car nearby. Location: the hotel was just next door to river and Jewish Quarter. Quick bites Sami am Am was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room with a huge bathroom. Could use a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. The property's location was favourable, with a tram stop right beneath the windows.

Truly enjoyed our clean and fairly quiet rooms.

Convenient Location and Delicious Breakfast Options 🌞
This place was only about 25 km away from the airport, making it easy to get to. The breakfast they offered had a fantastic range of tasty options, and it was all included in the stay.

great location, comfy beds, clean room & powerful shower; exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in krakow. everything was convenient & nicely arranged, with friendly staff & a good selection of channels on cable tv & wifi. just steps away from kazimierz old jewish district.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered at the bakery near the hotel was a great incentive, and the value for money was unbeatable. The hotel's location was convenient, being only 10 minutes from the city centre on foot and right by a tram stop that could take you anywhere you wanted to go.
While the location near the tram stop was convenient, it could sometimes be a bit noisy at night, which could be a problem for light sleepers. the lack of soundproofing throughout the hotel meant that you could hear your neighbours and any commotion in the hallway.

The location of the hotel was perfect and nice. The property was set in a particularly good area. Got brand-new room with bathroom and balcony, for example - always come in handy.

The host, Anna, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The location was convenient with easy access to tram stations. The rooms were modern and well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer and kitchen area. The check-in process was hassle-free with codes provided in advance. a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was great, close to the river and the Jewish Quarter. The tram stops were conveniently located outside the hotel.- The room was private and very clean.
The room had limited natural light and felt quite dark. There was no personal contact with the staff.
